as the FLAT FEE MAX LISTING plan
Additional Plan Features
The Services are identical to those in a traditional full
service listing. The commission (1.5%) will be deducted from your proceeds by
the settlement agent upon closing. The $750 upfront fee is pre-paid. The Full
Service Plan includes all the features of the Flat Fee Plans mentioned above and
also includes the following:
Comparative Market Analysis
Deliver required disclosures to prospective buyers and
buyer agents
Receive, review, present and negotiate Offer to Purchase
contracts from buyer's agents and preparation of counter offer if applicable
Listing and sale contract and transaction management
through RELAY
Review home inspection and negotiate repair request with
buyers' agent
Review Pest Inspection and required repairs
Review buyer qualifications
Order Seller / Buyer Hoe Warranty, if desired
Coordinate closing with buyer's agent, mortgage companies,
settlement agent / attorney
Review settlement statement for accuracy and present to
seller prior to closing
Track contract time lines on contingencies, inspections,
repairs, mortgage qualification deadlines and more

Your Listing will be published immediately upon receipt of a completed listing package and you
will receive a copy of your listing for review, comments and changes
